Trusy Social- TOTAL SCAM

Trusy Social- TOTAL SCAM

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING TRUSYSOCIAL.CO!!!

Every business is looking for ways to increase user engagement and followers on social media. Better reach means greater access to your audience. So naturally, when we came across Trusy, we were excited. We spoke to customer service and were impressed that the growth promised was Organic + Real. They said they used accounts that were part of their database and promised 1000-3000+ real followers within a month! We were sold. But boy were we wrong…

We are writing this blog because we really wish we would have known that this company was full of BS before we forked over $200 for broken promises.

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT REAL INSTAGRAM GROWTH.

Here’s our story….

We started with a brand new instagram account. A few personal contacts and that was all. There was really no place to go except up. We handed over the instagram engagement to Trusy and sat back. After about a week we noticed that engagement was really slow and reached out to Lindsey, our customer service agent. Trusy prides itself on having the best customer service, which was another reason we chose to use them. Lindsey apologized for the delay and said things would pick up.

They did. The next day we started to see 350-450 likes on our posts where we were originally getting 30-40. We were ecstatic! But when we started to look into it, we noticed that every single account had some weird “_number” behind the account name.

At first we didn’t reach out. We figured this might be part of the process to get real accounts. We waited 15 days and noticed that over the 20 posts we had uploaded, 99% of the likes were from fake accounts. We also hadn’t grown in followers more than 100 and honestly most of those followers were personal contacts.

We reached out to Lindsey and she apologized and told us the services were down and should return in a few. We waited three more days. Nothing. So much for customer service!

We finally reached out again and were told the same thing. Services are down.

At this point, we realized that working with Trusy is actually hurting our account. We asked for a cancellation and a refund since the service they promised was not working.

That’s when things get interesting… Jacob (someone who claims to own the business) tries to intervene by saying that in their terms and conditions there are no promises on using real people OR actually fulfilling ANY of their services despite their advertising which says the exact opposite. So basically everything they promote on their website is false.

After much back and forth, it became clear that Jacob and the Trusy team were actually a little bit proud of this deception and being able to pull the wool over consumer eyes. This type of business practice is just wrong, yet they seem proud of their legal loophole. It disgusted me.

They refused to refund in any way and I had to ask for a cancellation in three different emails before it was confirmed. It’s clear that this scam is meant to lock people in with false promises and then make it very difficult to get out of.

For all my business owners out there, do yourself a big favor and prevent a lot of grief! Don’t use this company and please spread the word. The only way these types of businesses are still around is because they hide in the dark. We need to illuminate these kinds of deceptions and eliminate these types of businesses that seek to take advantage of people.

Please share and get the word out. Thank you!
